I can’t believe Summer is almost over — It has just flown by! Next week the kids go back to school and I can try to get things back to a normal routine. Of course, I’m not complaining about this Summer because it has been like one big vacation. We went camping several times, Justin and I went to Florida for a couple of weeks while the kids visited their Grandparents in Montana, we spent a couple of weeks in Texas visiting my Dad and brothers, spent a bit of time with my little sister in Albuquerque, and enjoyed West Yellowstone. I haven’t done much in the way of photography during all these vacations, but I did assist my sister-in-law in an amazing Logan, UT engagement and bridal session. While it was fun being the second photographer, I have to admit that it sure was hard to keep my mouth shut and not try to take over photographing this super-cute couple. Here are some of the images I captured from the first of the two sessions.

I’m back from a long, wonderful vacation and it’s time to get back to work! I photographed this little doll before I left. She gave me exactly what I wanted even though we would move her each time she fell back asleep.

Taylor is definitely one of my favorite people to photograph! She makes my job easy.

This little guy is one of my very favorites to photograph! He is such a great baby and absolutely adorable to top it off.

I had the pleasure of doing birthday pictures for this cute little guy. We got some with Momma & Daddy and some of him by himself. He was full of smiles! Then we brought out the cake and he was down to business! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a little one eat so much cake, but it was there and he wasn’t about to stop.
Here is a fun collage I put together with the cake pictures. I’ll be posting more of this cutie soon.

Annika and I had so much fun with Taylor the other day — She totally spoiled me by making my job way too easy! It was so hard to narrow down my favorites to just a few because they all turned out so great. Enjoy your Senior Year, Taylor, and enjoy your Senior Portraits!

Congratulations to Candace and Mike — What a cute couple they are! Annika and I headed out to some beautiful gardens yesterday for their engagement session. Here’s a sneak peak for you guys…

I knew I would have more that I love as I edited them. Here are a few more that caught my eye…

Doesn’t she just look like a little Barbie doll standing here?…

One for fun — I love the great summer colors they chose!

…and just like with so many of our sessions, one of my absolute favorites it one that my very own Junior Photographer did…

After about 3 weeks of rain, it turned out to be a gorgeous day for a wedding! Here are a few of my early favorites of the happy couple. I’m sure I will have more once I get them all edited.

When I was quickly going through and picking out my favorites, I didn’t realize they are all of them kissing! I guess you can tell what my favorite newlywed pose is!
Q: What do you get when you combine a great location, a gorgeous dress, and a beautiful bride?
A: Awesome bridal images!

Tegan was given this adorable nickname by his sisters several months ago and has stuck.
I had the opportunity to play with the sweet little guy when he was just 6 days old!

Check out these two cuties! Mom didn’t want the boring baseball pictures that they do for the teams so she came to me for something a little different.

These 3 are too cute! I had a great time photographing these brothers and their boards.
